Coach Jaclyn Fahey

Since the age of 5, Jaclyn Fahey started her journey as a competitive swimmer.

In college, I became a long distance runner to challenge myself. About 10 years ago, I borrowed an old mountain bike and completed my first triathlon.

I’ve been hooked ever since – completing and finishing in the top 10 of multiple Ironman races; 70.3’s, 100 mile trail runs and other “ultra” distance events.

I have always been passionate about swimming, including helping others pursue their dreams of swimming- whether it was teaching them how to become comfortable getting into the water; overcoming their open water fears and taking their swimming efforts to the next level. 

After successfully completing several Ironman races I wanted to help others fulfill their triathlon goals. I became a USAT certified coach in 2010.

Triathlon training is not just about swimming, biking or running. I believe in incorporating strength, core and hip workouts, stretching, Yoga and nutrition.  Being a Yoga instructor with a cultured background, (i.e. 200HR certified yoga instructor and certified CrossFit /CrossFit endurance instructor) has helped me to understand the importance of training, stretching, strengthening and resting.

So with my knowledge and experience of participating in swimming meets, competing in triathlons, and practicing Yoga and strength training,

I am able to give my athletes a complete training schedule that will help them reach their goals.

Coach Dionne DeGourville

Coach Dionne began running at the age of 40 as a way to get in shape after being diagnosed with high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. A year later triathlons peaked her interest. She became a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach in 2014 to help people with their own triathlon goals. More recently, she became a Level 1 Precision Nutrition Coach to incorporate fitness nutrition into her coaching program.  

Dionne's mantra is "Believe You Can!". She strongly believes that promoting positive vibes can help her athletes and nutrition clients do their best.

Coach Ray & Dani Gogarty

Dani and Ray, we are a married couple doing what we love, racing, coaching and sharing our experiences to teach others, help them make healthy choices, grow stronger, get faster and reach their fitness and multi-sport goals! We are avid triathletes and fitness folks. We are a married couple who have been involved in organized sports our entire lives, achieved higher educations, worked fulfilling careers and blended our families. We actually raced our first triathlon together in 2010 and have been racing since. Though we enjoy it, we decided that we wanted to help others reach their goals for health, fitness, wellness and endurance. We decided we would take all the courses necessary to certify us as Coaches. We have studied for years and worked tirelessly to share our experiences. Pretty simply we came up with a name; RaD acronym for Ray and Dani Fitness and Multi-sport....but the double entendre is that we are pretty RAD and we are not just a Team, we are a Family.......
